About Jared Andres

I’m a strategic Learning & Development leader with over a decade of experience designing and scaling high-impact training and talent programs. My work is grounded in the belief that learning is the catalyst for individual and organizational growth - and that thoughtfully crafted learning experiences can unlock potential, drive engagement, and improve business outcomes. Currently, I lead Learning at Jane App, where I’m building a learning ecosystem that empowers our people leaders and teams to thrive. I collaborate across the business to create learning pathways and experiences, shape leadership development, and embed continuous learning into the fabric of our culture. My work builds on Jane’s commitment to delighting our customers and our mission to help the helpers. Previously at Critical Mass, I built the company’s leadership development infrastructure, launched a cross-generational mentorship program, and created a flagship BIPOC Emerging Leaders program to help diversify the leadership pipeline. I also served on the DE & I board, working to embed inclusive learning design principles and support equity-focused organizational change. What drives me is the impact learning has on people’s lives - closing skills gaps, growing professional confidence, and creating more compassionate, functional, and productive workplaces. I take a human-centred, evidence-based approach to everything I build. As a lifelong learner, I walk the talk. I’m currently pursuing a Business Analysis Certificate to deepen my ability to bridge learning with strategic business needs. Past learning pursuits include certificates in Project Management and Emerging Leaders.
