My first year in sales I was the top first year in the company. I quickly moved into a management role where after only a few years of effectively growing leaders, hitting company objectives and developing new sales processes I was promoted to regional manager. After a few years in that role and successfully developing managers into regional managers and expanding our partner offering and sales channels I was moved into a SR manager position which I continue in at this point in time. Yearly summary: 2006: Sales rep and College student. In this four month summer job as a sales rep for Apx Alarm I was the top account producer in Canada. My job was to go door to door and set people up with home security systems for their home valued at 1700$ per account. I generated of personal revenue for Apx Alarm in these four months. 2007-2011: Area Manager. Each year I hired 20-30 sales reps and was responsible for all their training and the organization of our sales area. In this position I managed the daily training of reps, new account creation, incentives, competitions, retention and customer satisfaction. Each year my team would generate roughly $2-4 million in revenue for our company. 2012-2015: Regional Sales Manager. 150 to 250 sales reps and 10-20 managers that I helped lead, train and supervise each year. In this role I managed account production, budget and commissions for offices all across North America. Each year my group would generate $5-10 million in revenue for our company. 2015-2023: Senior Regional Sales Manager. 400-500 sales reps and 30-40 area managers that I watch over annually. Each year my group generates $10-20 million in revenue for our company. 2023-present: Partnership Leader. Manager of SR regionals. We are a leading smart home and solar producing group within vivint. Annually our partnership is generating $30-40 million in revenue from smart home production and $40-60 million in revenue from solar production.
