I’m directly involved in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and safety oversight — helping keep complex jobs moving on time and on budget. Before transitioning fully into field execution, I spent 3 years in preconstruction and estimating, developing a strong foundation in system pricing, phasing strategy, and constructability reviews. That background continues to inform how I manage work-in-place tracking through direct cost billing, drive revenue forecasting, and proactively assess change impacts in real time. I stay closely involved from early coordination through final installation, working to bridge design intent with field realities. Whether reviewing system layouts or troubleshooting constructability concerns, I focus on delivering MEP systems that are efficient, code-compliant, and buildable.
