About Jared Bourne

As Executive Vice President, Ontario outside GTA, I work with our partners and team across Ontario to drive the growth of our business and success of our clients’ businesses, execute our strategy and pursue M&A opportunities as we continue to expand. From Kenora to Ottawa and down to Windsor – 48 offices excluding the GTA (and counting!). As a Partner in MNP’s Private Enterprise team, I provide assurance and advisory services specializing in audit and review engagements. I work closely with my clients to solve their compliance needs while helping them improve their operations, overcome challenges, minimize risk and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth. My clients also benefit from tax planning strategies, restructuring and succession planning as well as support for acquisition targeting, analysis and due diligence. During my career, I have worked with clients in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, professional services, food processing, financial services, not-for-profit, government, healthcare, cooperative, agricultural and retail. I believe in the value of our community organizations and have held executive positions with a number of NPO and charitable organizations. I am the past Board Chair and a committee member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel York, past chair of the Brampton Board of Trade finance committee and current finance committee member for the London Chamber of Commerce. On nights and weekends I enjoy coaching my sons' rep hockey teams where the ten to twelve year-olds keep me on my toes. Prior to joining MNP in 2009, I worked internationally with PwC in Canada, the United States and the Cayman Islands. Joining MNP allowed me to focus entirely on mid-market private enterprise clients, a market that we excel in. As the fifth largest accounting, tax and consulting firm in Canada, we have achieved growth of over 600% since I joined MNP and this success continues as we further expand our presence within and across Canada.
