About Jared Brown

Efficient system building has always been a particular passion of mine, even creeping into jobs where it probably was more time consuming than helpful. I've been around and worked directly for small business for the vast majority of my life between summer jobs beginning in high school, and now multiple years into my professional career. Every business is different, but I've quickly learned that many principles of success carry over.In each role of my professional career, I've had the opportunity to be a part of system creation, improvement, and continued management. Further, I've had the unique experience of working in customer-facing fields through each step. It's often easy to assume that in a customer-facing environment, good communication can be the sole factor of success, but that is not the case. I've worked with multiple CRMs, Accounting Softwares, MOS services, and a plethora of other organizational tools, and in every case, well organized and managed systems have led me to far more successful results. On the same note, I've seen firsthand in both the public and private sectors, how damaging flawed systems can be. My experiences and roles in dealing with business systems are why I'm so passionate about my role at Mansea Metal. When our staff are prepared to face challenges, find answers, and resolve issues, it's only natural that our clients will have a positive experience. We love having critical thinkers aboard, and having efficient processes allows them to grow in their role.
