About Jared Brown

With over 11 years of work experience in various fields, I have developed core competencies in time management, customer service, and direct store delivery. My mission is to provide quality work and service to my clients and customers, while also pursuing my passion for criminal justice and restorative justice. I currently work as a shovelman at IPAC Paving Group, a leading paving company in Ontario.Before joining IPAC Paving Group, I worked as an extrajudicial sanctions coordinator at BGC Canada, a national organization that supports youth in conflict with the law. In this role, I worked directly with youth and their families, community partners, and justice officials to provide restorative justice measures as an alternative to the formal judicial process. I helped youth to take responsibility for their actions, repair the harm they caused, and reintegrate into the community.
