About Jared Carroll

I thrived at every job I’ve had. I run the Valet operation at the wave resort on the beach in Long Branch. For the last year and a half, Ive trained all our new hires, make our schedules for the valet attendants as well as our garage attendants. I interview our attendants making sure I am choosing the most responsible valet attendants for our big contract with the hotel. We constantly have the most high end sports cars frequently half million dollar cars. So hiring our valet attendants makes it that much trickier. My favorite achievements include winning a state championship in high school football and buying a house on my own at the age of 21. Prior to running this valet operation, I ran the front end at a very busy middletown target for a year and a half as well a busy Ocean target too. At some points I was responsible for 20 open registers, 6 agents at customer service, 2 cart collectors, and at the time our newer drive up option to pick up groceries without coming into our store which was a constantly changing system at the time. As well as collecting registers and doing money counts, collecting and sorting coupons before sending them out to targets coupon building in Texas. I loved the amount action that was always going on at Target, I started working in Target 3 months prior to the pandemic, and to avoid getting our store shut down I was begged to do open to closes, and I was a key factor in keeping our store open.
