I am a longtime technologist who has over 15 years of experience as a technology professional. I specialize in helping others maximize their IT investments through assistance making technology decisions and implementations. I have varied experience with multiple platforms in multiple business verticals, including legal, medical, and small entrepreneurs. I have spent my career honing the skill of translating customer need to customer success by bridging the gap between non-technical and technical understanding. Being able to communicate with both those at a level unfamiliar with hardware and software and those with great proficiency allows me to walk in both worlds.
