As a client ambassador, I create and use systems, processes and details to guide customers through onboarding and to liaise with multiple departments to ensure the product is just as unique as our clients. Attention to details and follow through doesn’t just help achieve an objective, it’s the foundation to long term successful relationships. From my past experience in project management, event planning, wedding photography and years in the coffee industry, I understand the importance of relationship management and strong client-facing skills to ensure success with new and returning partners. Helping people feel seen and heard while processing orders is where the magic meets the memorable. When I’m not working on new projects, I’m probably spending time with my kids and wife or training for my next gravel race. Honestly, when I’m passionate about something like gravel racing or photography or most of all my kids, I’m all in.
