About Jared Ellis

Starting at the age of 13, I embarked on a dedicated journey to develop my skills in the manufacturing industry. I began my career at Redline Pro Manufacturing, where I operated saws, cut blanks, and maintained inspection equipment for a team of skilled journeymen. Within two years of part-time work while attending high school, I progressed to operating CNC and manual turning equipment, as well as 3-axis milling. My experience expanded to multi-axis high-production machining centers, where I tackled complex cosmetic parts and gained initial exposure to GibbsCAM programming and CAD design. Upon completing my third year of apprenticeship at Redline Pro Manufacturing, I joined Advanced Integration Technology. There, I worked with large-scale parts, including castings and weldments for the aerospace industry. My initial role involved manual machining of tight-tolerance assembly components before advancing to large-scale multi-axis CNC machines. I completed my apprenticeship on July 26, 2013, at AIT, where I further developed my skills in programming, leadership, and fixture design under a well-structured corporate management team.
