Hey there! I'm currently the VP-Director of Equipment Finance with First Bank & Trust. I have a passion for what I do. I believe in the power of hard work while keeping a focus on morals and ethics, and I strive to bring those values into everything I do.I thrive on challenges and love pushing myself to achieve new heights. Whether it's negotiating deals, or strategizing for the future, I'm always ready to roll up my sleeves and get the job done. I'm incredibly proud to say that I built my department from the ground up, and let me tell you, we've come a long way! We started from scratch, but through hard work, determination, and a sprinkle of creativity, we've become an outstanding business line for First Bank & Trust. With 12 years of experience in the equipment finance industry and 17 years in banking overall, I've developed a deep understanding of how to meet my client's needs. I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, helping them secure the financing they need to grow their businesses and reach their goals. Building strong relationships is at the core of what I do. I believe in taking the time to understand my clients and get to know them on a personal level. When I'm not coaching my direct reports or striking deals, you can find me watching my children play sports, hanging out at the lake and cooking meals for the family.
