Former Microbiology Student Turned ITSM Specialist *Yes, you read that correctly* I love to dig into customer problems and solve them with ServiceNow solutions. I’m a human-focused ServiceNow System Administrator with both technical and functional experience. My drive is creating more value within IT environments by constantly putting my client at the center of what I do. Working as a ServiceNow Administrator has allowed me to gain practical experience in testing, training, and development, helping me translate technical solutions into real-world results for end-users and stakeholders. As a former science student, I developed a deep sense of curiosity that has evolved into a commitment to continuous learning, as shown by my dedication to earning advanced certifications within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Outside of work, I am highly passionate about community sport. As a former member of the University of Calgary Varsity Men’s Soccer team, I find myself exceling in environments driven by hard work and collaboration. My athletic career has taught me many things but mostly instilled in me the importance of consistently “showing up” every day—both for myself and my team.
