Background
About Jared Frasor
I am a truck driver and a company driver trainer. I take pride in my work. I have trained 7 Driver within a year and also did at least 6 driving tests with future employees. I have been on both sides of logistics. Starting within a warehouse now to delivering towards them. A 70 hour work week seems normal to me. As a driver you have to do a lot of the work yourself. Keep a schedule, be on time, be productive, and even solve problems yourself without relying on a manager for an answer. As a trainer I have to do all that and then some. I spend 4 weeks training each student sitting by their side and answering all their questions, helping them hone their skill. If I am lucky I have to drive after their 11 hour shift to make sure we still get there on time. Hard work, productivity, and communication are things I have gotten really proficient at.
