I have over ten years of experience as an Administrative Assistant/Associate in a higher education environment. I have spent the last three years supporting the Director of a biotech company. I have amassed a large number of administrative organization skills. My main focus has been program coordination, c-suite-level travel, and scheduling support. I am well-versed in managing significant events and long-term programsas well as developmental sponsorship and gift processing. I was responsible for the development and management of three seminar/visitor programs to bring in out side sceintist to meet with the employees at Altos. I have expensive experience managing the administrative onboarding/offboardng process for an organization. As well a extensive experience managing Faclilites processes including company wide programs.
