About Jared Garris

I graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2020, Go Niners! Graduating in the middle of the pandemic was not ideal, thankfully through connections I made in college while working as an IT contractor, I was able to land a job in the IT department at Lowe's INC. I am and will forever be grateful for the experience gathered working as an IT Support Analyst. The exposure to a plethora of enterprise software gave me great insight into all the different opportunities within the Computer Science field. I am now employed at CommScope as an IT Asset Management Specialist, my primary function being our CMDB subject matter expert within ServiceNow. Interacting with both business and IT stakeholders for ServiceNow related matters has given me the opportunity to meet individuals from all over the world employed or contracted at CommScope. I have experience with a wide range of enterprise software but feel that I have found my calling working with ServiceNow.
