About Jared Griffith

Life is precious and extraordinary, and there's more to it! My main goal is not just to survive, but to thrive and help every single person I can along the way. I dreamed of being a soldier my entire childhood, and I was fortunate enough to serve Active Duty in the world's greatest Air Force for 6 years. I’ve always felt a strong calling to help people, and now I’m seeking to do that on a more personal level. Through my time in the Air Force I was able to acquire critical life skills that I'll be forever thankful for. I learned how to manage programs and lead small teams as well as how to maintain the security and serviceability of high value equipment. Time management, attention to detail and cleanliness have been ingrained into me. My favorite times in the military have been when participating in or leading physical training sessions. This was no surprise to me, as I've been weight training for over 11 years and I played multiple sports while growing up, but I've grown to truly love fitness. Without fitness everyday feels meaningless. Now I want to take my passion and knowledge and use it to motivate, help and inspire other people.
