About Jared Handspicker

I'm an eclectic learning enabler. I use whatever means possible to pass along subject knowledge to those with minds open to receive. Though my primary approach is what some call ADDIE today, or ISD in the past, it is not limited by these standards. The greatest input to the right training type and curriculum is determined by the subject as it relates or does not relate to the target learnership. I'm also not limited in my SME area in government contractor work. I've taught courses and done pubic speaking related to genealogical pursuits, as well. I've taught software, hardware, full-up systems, sub-systems, and even "alternative approaches." Most of my "education" has been in the field, rather than the classroom. 20 years of learning and teaching in the USAF in the intelligence community will do that. My objective is to remain gainfully employed doing what I love most.
