About Jared Heath

After joining the navy in 2009 I choose the path of submarines. After completing submarine school I was stationed in Pearl Harbor for 2 years, while there we completed several successful deployments to South Korea and Japan while completing the requirements to earn my Enlisted Submarine Dolphins, i.e I earned my "FISH". After which I finished out my remaining 2 years in Guam where we deployed to Japan and Australia. While onboard the USS Chicago I was promoted to the Leading Petty Officer which is the divisional supervisor as a very junior member of the division. I successfully lead my division from being a very junior division to being awarded the Battle E for the best boat in Guam and the Weapons Department W for best weapons department on the waterfront. I have successfully completed my Tour with a honorable discharge from the navy and was hired on by Showa Denko Carbon Inc. in the maintenance department as an electrician for 9 months before being promoted to the sales department as a Regional Technical Service Engineer.
