I reoutinely updated and streamline regularly used forms and documents, and have developed a successful, ongoing training format with a seven-week interval for continual review and improvement. I earned two certifications in allyship and inclusion, reflecting my commitment to fostering a culture of psychological safety and diversity in the workplace through LinkedIn. I care about people getting the greatest experience and growth out of their work and I always remember this advice. There are three P's in every business: People, Product, and Paperwork. People are who you work with and who your company services. Product is what you offer, be it items or services. Paperwork is ensuring everything is done efficiently and properly.
