Leadership has always been my strong suit, and I find immense fulfillment in being a transformative leader. Currently, I hold the position of an Orientation Claims Supervisor at GEICO. In this role, I inspire and guide my team to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. It brings me great joy to see my team members thrive and accomplish remarkable results. My commitment to making a difference extends beyond the workplace. I am honored to serve as the Vice President of the Brother 2 Brother Alumni board, where I actively contribute to creating a supportive and unified community for my peers.'
