My diverse career has spanned several industry sectors, from managing maintenance teams in Afghanistan combat zones to the performance of power generation overhauls on challenging Alaskan wilderness terrains. I am a professional at leading cross-functional teams through critical maintenance projects for optimal operational efficiency, safety compliance, and resolution of problems under pressure. My strategic approach to maintenance management combines technical acumen in mechanical systems with process optimization, predictive maintenance, and sustaining improvement. Currently, I am the Facility Maintenance Supervisor at Isometric Micro Molding where, by applying knowledge from my experience in diesel mechanics and power generation, coupled with military aircraft maintenance experience, I work to ensure smooth workflows, effective preventive maintenance programs are implemented, and guide teams toward meeting organizational goals.
