About Jared Kimbrell

I am a program manager with over 5 years of experience in agile project management, new business start-up, data analytics, resource allocation, capacity planning, and customer & stakeholder management. I currently have a majority of my experience in program/project management working with manufacturing and services startup companies, working with technical and non-technical cross functional teams. I am looking for new opportunities to continue my professional development and find a role that will provide new challenges to expand my hands-on work experiences, especially within a technology-based company that has opportunities for continue educational development and career growth. I have proven experience working within Agile, Lean, Kanban, & Scrum project frameworks, and am well versed collaborating with international cross-functional teams. I enjoy working on statistical data analytics to drive process improvement projects. In my current role as Program Manager for EXPAL USA, I set up their operations and financial key performance indicator tracking system, business dashboards, and reporting systems that since implementation have been used by various departments to improve overall production throughput by 40% and increased the company’s P&L accuracy by 30%. By working with cross-functional groups, mainly engineering & operations teams, I have led various end to end process improvement projects to address system weaknesses that improved the company’s bottleneck process throughput by over 200% since starting at the company, leading to a monthly increase in revenue of and an asset backlog reduction of 75%.
