About Jared Krish

I've been involved with construction since I received my first Lego set. I have fond memories of construction back then before project schedules and budgets (although procuring materials was a constant challenge.) I've been involved both from a field and office perspective on most areas of construction. My belief is that in work and in life you are only as good as your ethics and your personal code of conduct you live by. I still believe that your word means something, a commitment even if it's verbal is a contract and I strive to live by that. Through wins and losses in life and in business I have learned that the following summarizes my value-Problem-solving. Construction is a series of problems which need to be resolved (usually in a very time-sensitive manner.) I enjoy the challenges a problem presents and love figuring out how to resolve them in the best way for the team's interest-Team building. My approach to projects is a non-traditional team approach. The best projects in my mind are the ones where all parties are winning: the client is happy with service, cost and product while the contractor's are all making a profit-Humour. Life's too short not to be able to find a laugh every day-Thinking outside the box. It's a pet peeve of mine when people say we should do something a certain way "because that's how we've always done it." Humans are good at innovation if we allow ourselves to be-Working hard. Experience has taught me that there are few things in life that are as rewarding as seeing the results of working hard.
