My journey began as a Front Desk Agent during my undergraduate studies, where I quickly advanced by cross-training in diverse hotel departments, including Front Office, Back Office, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Housekeeping, Sales, and Revenue Management. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University and my Master of Business Administration Degree from Texas State University, further enriching my knowledge and skills. Currently, I serve as a Senior Revenue Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 12-16 hotels across leading brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, Choice, Best Western, Wyndham, and independent properties. My role involves crafting and executing revenue strategies tailored to each hotel’s unique market dynamics. My responsibilities include managing rate strategies, digital marketing, budgeting, forecasting, system auditing, and collaborating with stakeholders to maximize top-line revenue.
