About Jared Leit
I am a Biomedical Engineering Major at Drexel University scheduled to graduate in 2028. I had initially chosen this major because of a Biotechnology course I took in high school. Through this course I became interested in what my teacher called Biotechnology and its potential applications for improving our health. I am most interested in Pharmaceuticals and Cell and Gene Therapy, which is why I plan on studying Tissue Engineering at Drexel once I have to declare a concentration for Biomedical Engineering. Once I graduate I hope to work in the Cell and Gene Therapy space and contributed to the development of treatments for rare conditions.
