Throughout my experience, I have had the opportunity to develop strong skills in the areas of executive and plant management, R&D, quality control, sourcing, logistics, and purchasing, as well as sales support. I keep a strong focus on safety, cost controls, environmental compliance and have consistently developed sustainable strategies while eliminating key process bottlenecks. I've been able to achieve game-changing results in every organization I've partnered with as a dedicated member of their management team. In the past, I have worked for both privately held and Fortune 500 companies. Here, I was able to become an expert in multi-site plant management, production controls, integrated supply chain management, sales support, and various value streams. This broad range of experience has allowed me to utilize my ability to truly impact the bottom line through efficiency gains in personnel, materials and operational systems. Over the years, I have seen great success from my ability to apply common sense solutions with the right blend of technical and culturally relevant strategies. My effective style of management was developed from a wide variety of manufacturing environments such as start-ups, expansions, acquisitions, and recessions while working for both domestic and foreign-owned companies. I believe it is important to have a deep understanding of a diverse range of cultures in today's global market. I’ve greatly enjoyed leadership positions in American owned as well as a number of internationally based companies including Spanish, French Canadian, German organizations and most recently Italian.
