About Jared Lyle

I have been in the business arena for 31 years with a consistent focus on sales as a leader within the organizations that I have proudly represented. The past 20 yrs have been very rewarding serving as a commercial banker after a short tenure as a loan officer with the Farm Credit System. My first banking position began in 2002 as a Vice President/Branch Manager who focused primarily on loan & deposit growth. While location growth was my priority I also became adept in multiple facets of banking. My profitable portfolio was known for its quality in compliance as well as safety & soundness. Through the years I continued gaining experience and accepted a position with Iowa State Bank as a Senior Vice President/Senior Loan Officer in 2014. Later I was promoted to Executive Vice President and nominated as a board member for both Iowa State Bank and its holding company. Under my leadership the organization has had successful track records in nearly every measurable aspect. Prior to beginning my lending career in I spent 6 years in the agriculture cooperative business as a Sales Agronomist and Location Manager. It was here that I got my first taste of sales (solution based-value added selling) and management. It was valuable experience giving me a framework for the importance of teamwork and servanthood leadership that I have modeled throughout my career.
