Currently serving as a Production / Weighbridge Operator at Baird's Malt, I previously held the role of Elevator Supervisor at Canada Malting, where I refined my leadership skills and deepened my industry knowledge.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to optimizing efficiency, ensuring quality control, and fostering a culture of safety in the workplace.
