A senior business strategy and transformation leader with over 14 years’ experience across both management consulting and industry. I constructively challenge the status quo, to ask "what if?" and "why not?" throughout an organisation's transformation journey. I love to lead diverse and inclusive teams who develop creative and innovative solutions to tackle customer and business problems. I value creating positive, inclusive and collaborative work environments to enable people to thrive in their careers. My approach to delivering change is always user-centric, pragmatic and outcome focused. I have global experience in Australia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and the UK, where I worked across a variety of companies and sectors. Areas of expertise include: Corporate Strategy & Planning l Customer Experience & Human-Centred Design l Org Design & Operating Models l Consumer & Product Marketing l Portfolio & Program Management. I graduated from the University of Queensland with a double Bachelor of Business Management and Commerce. More recently, I completed a mini-MBA in Brand Management from Mark Ritson.
