About Jared Martin

Jared Martin is a Past President of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.). Martin is a Central Valley real estate broker and one of the owners of a real estate franchise, Keller Williams Westland Realty in Fresno, Calif. As a third-generation REALTOR®, he has worked with his family’s business for over 21 years. Since 2001 he has been involved in over 1,650 transactions. In addition to serving his clients, Martin also is active with his local, state and national Associations of REALTORS®. He was President of the Fresno Association of REALTORS® in 2009 and was its Treasurer in 2014 and 2015. At the state level, he served as the Chairman of the Strategic Planning and Finance Committee. Also active with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR), Martin serves on NAR’s Finance Committee, and has served on the Real Property Operations Committee. Martin has been an NAR Golden “R” recipient since 2004. Active in his local community, Martin is on the Board of Directors of Fresno First Bank and is the Vice Chairman of the Board. He also is a member of Rotary Club of Fresno. Martin is an Alumni of California State University Fresno’s, Sid Craig School of Business.
