About Jared Metz

I’m a detail-driven, hard-working finance professional with 15+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis. I’ve worked across industries and company sizes, from private equity-owned firms to publicly traded companies, helping leadership make smart, data-backed decisions.I specialize in forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and profitability analysis. I’ve built out everything from board decks to dashboards, automated reports, and handled company-wide consolidations. I also have hands-on experience with pricing strategy, incentive plans, and supporting M&A efforts.I’m super comfortable in Excel (think pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested formulas — the whole nine yards), and I enjoy building tools that make everyone’s lives easier. I’ve also worked with Power BI, Qlik, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, and a bunch of other systems. At the end of the day, I love digging into the numbers, figuring out what they’re really saying, and helping teams understand the story behind the data. Let’s connect if you have a passion for financial modeling or enjoy turning messy spreadsheets into something meaningful.
