About Jared Moor

I'm passionate about leading and developing high performance sales teams, rolling up my sleeves to help AEs win deals, and frantically yelling LETS after closed won opportunities drop in the #wins channel. My leadership style gravitates towards accountability, resourcefulness, and humor. After graduating from undergrad studying the nerdiest business-y subjects I could find (economics, finance, math) I began working for an options trading firm in downtown Chicago. After a year, I realized the trading world wasn’t for me. Enter: sales. I started my SaaS sales career in '17 working for Fivestars (acquired by SumUp for $317mm in '21), where I'd cold door knock small business storefronts and sell a $5k/yr loyalty program. After a year and a half, I became the top salesperson at the company out of 125+ active AEs, with 85% of my deals sourced outbound. Fivestars was an amazing organization to cut my teeth on in sales and taught me true grit. After nearly four years at Fivestars, I joined Kojo, a vertical SaaS construction procurement tool, as an AE to develop my skills in a longer sales cycle environment. Over the course of a few years, I scaled in sales leadership to eventually become Kojo’s VP Sales in ‘25, leading ~40 sales professionals (AEs, SDRs, SEs). Working at Kojo has been an incredible journey as we continue to scale the business with a major lead in our category. Outside of work, I'm a dad of 2 (3 y/o son, 1 y/o daughter), a huge Chicago sports fan (Cubs, Bears, Bulls, Hawks) and UW fan (go Dawgs). When I'm not wrangling the kids, I enjoy playing basketball, BBQing, and listening to trash top 40s music.
