About Jared Mullican

I have always been the type of person to master any skill they learn no matter the depth of skill. I try to get things done as efficiently and as fast as possible while also making sure my work is still top quality. I try my best to help my coworkers work and teach them a new or better way that will help them with their job. I always try to find any flaws that appear in my work or my group's work and fix them in the best way possible. I believe that I would be a great addition to any team due to the ability to lead a group and make that I sort out any problems between workers as fast and efficiently as possible. Being a very observant person, I tend to notice my coworker’s strengths and weaknesses as well as increased and decreased in their work ethic. As a team leader, I not only focus on an individual’s strengths but also their weaknesses and will pick their roles in a project based on such. As a team leader, I will be laid back and friendly toward my coworkers most of the time, but I will always be authoritative and act when needed. I believe that this is the best kind of leader since a leader who is always authoritative may cause stress in the workplace and a leader who is too laid back will cause things to not get done, as I have learned from past job experiences no one likes leaders that are too strict and the leaders that are too laid back leave the works to do whatever they feel is right which in most cases is not a very good thing.
