JARED OUKO is a Coach for The Ken Blanchard Companies®. He is a Leadership and Management effectiveness coach specializing in Organization Development. He applies a situational approach to each consulting engagement while considering the client's view to inform engagement objectives. He uses intellect, intuition, presence, and empathy, allowing his clients to move at own pace to uncover performance and OD possibilities. Besides Coaching experience of over 15years, five years as a regional training and development director, JARED is a Certified Professional Mediator CPM-(MTI). He has consulted for UNICEF Eastern and Southern Africa Regional Office (ESARO) where he strategically designed and implemented Surge capacity Development Program to deal with post-2005 Tsunami emergencies which UN eventually adopted globally. He strategically championed UNICEF’s (Middle-Level Management Leadership Development initiative) as a succession plan in collaboration with the University of Pretoria while implementing Predictive Index as Organization Development tool for Strategy and coaching which strategically links job to performance for talent maximization and strategy operationalization. JARED specializes in helping leaders at Board and Executive level bring out their best be it Financial services, Insurance, NGOs, manufacturing and Information Technology. JARED is the founding President of International Coaching Federation Kenya chapter. He is listed as the top 100 Global Coaching Leaders by World Coaching Congress, a World Bank coaching Panel member. A professional public speaker, facilitator and Moderator. JARED is a Toastmasters International hall of fame and award-winning member, top-ranked at DTM level. As regional training Director, JARED’s impactful coaching and training skills resulted in the sales and Business Development Management team surpassing productivity targets, fueling his passion for coaching opportunities leading to Citigroup and United Nations. JARED is a marketing graduate of Trans-world Education College UK. He has special skills in helping organizations execute Business plan. JARED loves personal development, especially eliciting the best from young people and tapping into the wisdom of the elderly. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, creative thinking, socializing, nature, gardening, photography, conservation, guitar playing, journal keeping, fishing, jogging, golfing and BBQ.
