As the Staffing Team Lead at GrapeTree Medical Staffing, I was responsible for ensuring that each department member had a resource for answers and guidance, that the supervisor team had a source for help on additional tasks, and that other departments had a point of contact for any questions about the daily workings of the department. I also worked closely with healthcare professionals and long-term care facilities to ensure that our staff had the hours they needed and that residents had the proper care levels they deserved. I am motivated by the mission of providing quality staffing solutions to the healthcare industry and empowering our staff to make a positive difference in people's lives.
