I love switching on light bulbs with people – facilitating those ‘aha moments’ that change mindsets and open up new possibilities. My passion is all about helping people, teams and organizations figure out where they are, where they want to be, and then helping them get there. I have had an amazing career influencing, motivating, leading and coaching everyone around me to success. With over 14 years of leadership experience across multiple in industries – Marine Corps, Convenience Retail, Real Estate, Financial and construction to name a few; has seasoned and developed my abilities to make an impact within any organization. My master’s in business administration gave me the skills to strategize, critical think, and solve any issue using multiple viewpoints and perspectives.
