With over seven years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I am a passionate and driven Client Account Specialist who excels at customer support and account management. My mission is to provide the best solutions for new and existing customers, and to promote and sell the products and services of Rogers Communications, one of Canada's leading providers of internet, television, and wireless. I value innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team as a remote worker who operates from home and in the field.In my current role, I leverage my expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) to generate leads, conduct outside sales, and participate in promotional events. I use my skills in customer support, account management, and communication to build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers, and to resolve any issues or inquiries they may have. I also work closely with other sales consultants, managers, and partners to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
