I have knowledge operating with supply constraints, in highly technical environments, and influencing across all layers of management. I know how to break down problems and have a relentless drive to deliver results. I have extensive experience leading virtual teams working across time zones and cultural differences. I thrive in fast-paced environments. I always want to learn and innovate. As I discover better methodologies, I will drive change through an organization. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I lead the response for a large group (~10K engineers) to solve problems and continue delivering products. This required creativity, problem solving, and dealing with ambiguity. As we have returned to the office I acted as the worldwide delegate for the office lab planning as we rethought the approach to Corporate Real Estate. This has required flexibility, influencing stakeholders throughout the organization, large group presentations, and empathy for each individual's situation.
