About Jared Sims

I am a Design Ops Manager at Granite Solutions Groupe, Inc, where I lead a transformational team to support delivery in User Experience strategy through Research, Content, and Design. With over 15 years of experience in the UX and Design field, I have a passion for creating and improving digital experiences that meet user needs and business goals. As a UX leader, I am a thinker, planner, and doer for all facets of design, from ideation to implementation. I am also a storyteller, who leverages data, insights, and empathy to craft compelling narratives that engage and persuade stakeholders and customers. I apply an objective-led design approach, which aligns the vision, strategy, and execution of UX projects with measurable outcomes and value. Moreover, I foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within my team and across the organization, using Agile principles and practices.
