Jared is a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Canada Life, a leading insurance and financial services company. He has over ten years of experience in software testing and quality assurance management in areas of financial services, web, and mobile application development. With substantial experience as a leader and practitioner in Agile and Dev Ops environments, he has a strong foundation of knowledge and practical implementation in leadership, data engineering and ETL testing, test data management, accessibility and web testing, as well as mobile and multimedia technologies. In addition to his role at Canada Life, Jared is also a part-time professor at Conestoga College, where he teaches software testing methodologies to aspiring software testers. He is passionate about mentoring and sharing his knowledge and skills with the next generation of quality assurance professionals. Jared's mission is to ensure that software products deliver value and satisfaction to customers, while meeting the highest standards of quality and reliability.
