Jared Smith is a seasoned education leader and the current National Assistant Director of Training at Greystone College Australia, a premier provider of Vocational Education and Training (VET) for international students. With over a decade of experience in the Australian education sector, Jared excels in professional development, trainer mentoring, and ensuring compliance with the 2025 Standards for RTOs, effective from July 1st, 2025. Jared has held diverse roles including Trainer and Assessor, VET Coordinator, Assistant Director & now National Assistant Director of Training overseeing Business, Leadership, Marketing, Project Management, and Sustainability Nationally across all campuses with his amazing Brisbane team. His approach is grounded in learner-centred design and a deep understanding of the needs of international and multicultural student cohorts. He is widely recognised for his supportive and professional approach to student counselling, consistently fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that prioritises student wellbeing and academic progress. Outside the classroom, Jared founded Pandora Marketing, which is the parent business for a multitude of branches by his networking abilities that are reached globally.
