About Jared Springer

My Career with Cushman and Wakefield on the American Express account was for just over 10 years. The first five (5) years of my career with Cushman and Wakefield I worked for American Express at their Data Center/ Office building in Phoenix Arizona. My duties at this point in my career were to manage space planning/ moves, adds, changes and vendor management. My second half of my career at American Express I was transferred to assist with the commissioning of a new square foot data center in North Carolina. My main focus of my career with American Express was the day to day management of Building Services (space planning/moves, adds, changes and vendor management) and the departments within its scope (Housekeeping, Landscaping, Shipping and receiving) and contract management/Capital projects. I have since transitioned to MEP as a Project Manager. I manage commercial construction projects from estimating the cost of the projects, delivering on customer expectations and closing project documents once project is completed. The types of projects I typically manage are complete interior and exterior building remodels, all the way to commercial restoration (fire, water and mold damage). Coming from Facilities Management to Project Manager for a commercial construction company has given me the ability to deliver on my promise, understanding the requirements the building owner (customer) needs to perform his duties and deliver a smooth process/outcome.
