I am a seasoned Business Architect & Analyst with over 20 years of experience spanning various industries, including government, financial services, and education. My diverse work experience has seen me tackle projects at the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE), Earthquake Commission (EQC) in New Zealand, New Zealand Fraud Risk Academy, and Life Change Therapies Queensland - where I’ve made a significant impact on business growth, process optimisation, and risk management. I hold a Master’s in Professional Business Analysis from the Victoria University of Wellington and numerous certifications from the Australian Security Academy. I am also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). From an SMB perspective, I am researching and learning about the practical application of Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, Marketing Technology (MarTech), Market Analysis, Strategy Analysis, Digital Governance, Business Architecture, and Business Agility. Based on my education and experience across various industries, the business categories that could have the greatest need for my skills and expertise include- Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs): I love SMBs. I actively build on my experience by researching and learning ways to help SMBs apply current and emerging technologies to grow, optimise operations, and acquire new clients- Digital Marketing and Web Development: With experience designing and implementing digital marketing strategies and website development (such as his work with Life Change Therapies Queensland), I can provide value to businesses seeking to enhance their online presence, drive traffic, and increase revenue- Training and Education Providers: I have experience founding and growing the New Zealand Fraud Risk Academy, an online Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and Lifechange Therapies, an online education provider.
