About Jared Stewart

I am currently serving as the parish administrator for the new Anglican church plant in Charlotte, Church of the Apostles, and as an international credential evaluator for International Educational Evaluations In every job in which I serve, I desire to bring a pastoral presence that provides compassionate care to people in all of life's circumstances while emphasizing the need for Christians to build their lives together in a discipling, Spirit-led community. For me, this community should be built firmly upon the work of the Holy Spirit and the authoritative witness of the Holy Scriptures and should also aim to be in congruence with orthodox Christian thinking throughout the ages. I am well-educated academically in theological and biblical studies and possess strong exegetical skills for preaching and teaching that include intermediate knowledge of New Testament Greek and exposure to Old Testament Hebrew. I am experienced in ministering in pastoral care environments as well as practically in performing the administrative and leadership responsibilities of a pastor through my ministry time at Higher Purpose Church.
