In addition, I work as a Human Resources Manager at Beauty in the Backyard, a start up company, where I oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of a diverse and talented team of staff and volunteers. I have a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a minor in Business Administration from Towson University, and I have completed multiple certifications in HR topics such as metrics, happiness, and millennial talent. I have multiple years of work experience in various HR roles, as well as in sales and customer service. I have developed skills in talent assessment, smart devices, knowledge graphs, and communication, and I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment for everyone.
