About Jared Weiner

Jared Weiner is currently pursuing his Masters of Science in Business Analytics (MSc), parallel to completing the Honours Business Administration (HBA) program at the Ivey School of Business. Jared is seeking opportunities for personal and professional development, and is looking forward to utilizing his advanced data analysis skills to drive meaningful impact and create organizational efficiency. Through his previous experience, Jared has developed a passion for business (including operations, strategy, and data analysis), and its interaction with clients and other stakeholders in varying fields and industries, such as healthcare. He has worked in both the public and private sectors, and finds value in his past experiences and the skills that he has obtained. Through such opportunities Jared has gained experience in Consulting, Data Analysis, Coding, Financial Auditing, Pricing Assessments, Policy Evaluations, Research and Development, Retail, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Data Entry, and more. He is results-driven and goal-oriented, which has contributed to his success in past roles. Jared is currently a full-time student who has partaken in (or is currently taking) courses including: Data Science, Analytics, Accounting and Business Analysis, Actuarial Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Business Ethics, Economics, etc. He is mathematically driven, and has made the Dean’s Honor List in all of his years at Western, as well as received in scholarships through his education. His commitment to learning has allowed him to accelerate his Masters studies - beginning his 16-month program simultaneous to completing his undergrad - essentially taking-on a double year (and course load) to engage in both programs simultaneously.
