As a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Building Science from Te Herenga Waka | Victoria University of Wellington, I have developed a strong foundation in Project Management and Sustainable Engineering Systems. My studies have equipped me with essential knowledge in construction project workflows, building code compliance, risk management, and energy-efficient design, all of which I am eager to apply in a professional setting. I possess hands-on experience using industry-standard software such as Revit, Rhino (Grasshopper), Primavera P6, and Navisworks, and I am skilled in managing the lifecycle of building projects from concept to completion. I have also gained practical experience in pastoral care, event management, and critical incident response, having worked as a Residential Advisor at my university, where I provided support to first-year students and collaborated with multiple teams to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Additionally, my roles as a merchandiser and retail assistant have honed my communication and customer service skills, as well as my ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in fast-paced environments. I am passionate about pursuing a career in the construction industry with a focus on sustainable and innovative building practices, and I am excited to contribute my skills to projects that prioritize both environmental and social responsibility.
