Previously served as Senior Manager of Talent Operations for Salient CRGT (now GovCIO); a large, federal government defense contractor specializing in IT, telecommunications, agile software development, and cyber security. In this role, I successfully staffed a variety of federal government contracts, domestically and abroad, valued at over $100M per year while recruiting key personnel for over $1B per year in contract bids. Also sole-authored winning contract proposals totaling more than $3M in revenue for the company.
