I have been working in several different roles during my Nokia/Microsoft career and that has helped me to develop my competencies in many areas. Production testing knowledge I have developed during my test engineer roles with RF -components, DVB receivers and mobile phones. To even deepen that knowledge I have last years worked as production test architect and system design manager in phones. By those roles I have really deep understanding of testing in production as well as what manufacturability means. I have also worked many years in project management roles in different organizations. I have been working in many different size of teams and organizations and all the time had links to the external companies and teams. My strengths in project management area are virtual multi-site team leading, development process and lean understanding and the organizational skills. My management skills has developed also during my line management roles. As a person I’m results oriented with continues improvements in my mind all the time. One of my strength is the system level understanding in wider topics, that helps me to understand the impacts and relations between different solutions.
