Throughout my career, I have worked with global corporations and fast-growing local companies, helping them navigate transformation, improve efficiency, and build sustainable growth. Currently, I serve as Head of Executive Education at Estonian Business School (EBS) and lead the Executive MBA program, where I empower leaders with the tools and mindset to drive innovation and excellence.
